Jan 9, 2012 -- It was an exciting day!!
We were at Silver Springs State Park in Florida
with our friends Sherry and David.
We fixed a nice pancake breakfast,
more like a brunch around 10:30.
While we were eating,
our realtor called with a solid offer on the house.
We submitted a counter offer
and then
the four of us headed off to kayak the Silver River!!
The kayak trip was wonderful
and
we will write about it in a future blog.
Right now,
I need to tell you what happened on our way back to the campground….
I got the call that our counter offer was accepted!!
Deal done…House sold!!!
It only took us
19 month, 3 realtors and the right buyer!!
We are thrilled and excited!!!!
