A Chill Day - Saturday - January 14, 2012

We got up early as usual.  Instead of walking right away, we enjoyed a second cup of coffee.  Actually, we were hoping it would warm up a little more outside.  Eventually, we went for our walk and decided today was going to be a chill day.  Primarily catching up on chores… like doing the laundry ;o((

We’ve had so much excitement this past week that a down day was welcomed.  Just as we were finishing the last load of clothes, our cell phone rang and it was Gin and Syl calling from their new Winnebago Journey at Lazydays.  They invited us to meet ‘TAWANDA’, their new motorhome. Well, of course, we’ll be right over!! 

All I can say is WOW!!

She is BEAUTIFUL

BIG!!!

Inside, they have all the comforts of home!!

Yes, that is a fireplace under the BIG TV!!!

Your new and old rig are positioned door to door,

making it easier to transfer your stuff :o))

We didn’t stay long so they could get on with the move. 

 We know we will see them again before we leave Hillsborough!!

When we got back to the campground, Nancy took a power-nap while I went geocaching with Sherry and David.  We hiked an easy 3 miles and found three geocaches.  You’ll have to take my word for it… no photos. The photo journalist was back at the office napping ;o)) 

What a nice way to spend the afternoon with friends!!
